Privacy Act 1988
Armadale Sitters is covered by the Privacy Act 1988, which came into operation on 21 December 2001.
Terms of Agreement [Click for more information...]Unless otherwise stated;
“Armadale Sitters” shall mean Armadalia Pty Ltd trading as Armadale Sitters ABN 92 094 010 750.
“Client” shall mean the person or persons for whom the Carer undertakes duties (“Duties”).
“Carer” shall mean the person engaged by the Client to undertake the Duties as agreed between the Parties.
“Parties” shall mean the parties to this Agreement.
AIM: To provide an avenue for open communication where concerns can help provide a higher quality service. Children’s safety and well being are our exclusive commitment.
Insurance
Your Carer has paid a premium to be covered by insurance for up to $10,000,000 worth of damage. If a client chooses to utilize this policy they will need to provide 3 written quotes to our office and our staff will assist with processing the claim, the client shall be responsible for payment of the $1000 excess. Armadale Sitters and its Carers will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from engagement of a Carer by a Client. If the damage is less than $1000 Armadale Sitters cannot assist with the claim and suggests that the Client pursue the claim through their own home insurance policy which may have a lower excess.
