Wendy
... helps us out in times of need. She has been with us for years, she has worked in the Nanny Department, the Cleaning Department and has also been our Human Resource Manager for a period. Wendy now helps us casually whilst she has been concentrating on building her new family home. Wendy grew up in WA on the beach as a “blonde beach babe”, married her very own Italian Stallion, and has 3 cheeky teenage boys, Alan, Michael and David. She started her career as a Secondary business teacher and then moved over to events management. Wendy has a wicked sense of humour, remains calm in a crisis and has a confident and vivacious personality. Wendy has now been part of the team for over 7 years and has taken much pleasure in watching the business grow.
Alicia
... is our young receptionist who keeps everyone hydrated and nourished, she also keeps on top of all the casual bookings, trying to offer families continuity and great service. She has just completed her Certificate 3 in Business while on the job and started with us the day after schoolies week almost two years ago. She has been helping in the Cleaning department learning new skills and loves it to bits. She is a jack of all trades and can lend her hand to anything around the office and all with a smile and a cheeky fun attitude. She lives with her Mum and Dad and their Maltese named Tahnee. She also does some elderly care and the oldies adore her. Alicia has a wonderful sense of humour and loves a laugh, she works hard on her studies and we are all very proud of her efforts, she is learning about the business everyday and her wealth of knowledge is developing all the time. Count on her to be a friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
Jenny
... job shares her role, she looks after all part time and fulltime, casual and permanent Nanny Placements. Jenny expertise lies in Personal Relations and Advertising with a smattering of administration and medical front of house. Jenny’s family has taken a massive risk and arrived from WA some 4 years ago to reside in happening Hampton, Jenny has two gorgeous girls, “Philippa and Imogen” who have both settled into Melbourne life extremely well. Jenny’s hubby “Tod” is in creative advertising and is an avid golfer / wind surfer. One last family member is cute but naughty little “Edie” the mischievous beagle. Jenny is a delightful addition to our office team and keenly assists clients and carers with the interview, selection and placement process. Count on Jenny to follow through and give you fabulous service. She is absolutely gorgeous and we all adore her.
Jay
... job shares her role with Jenny, they look after all part time and fulltime, casual and permanent Nanny Placements. Jay has the gift of the gab and never fails to smile all day. She comes from a background in aviation which means she has an innate ability to read people and handle difficult situation. Jay is a Melbourne girl through and through, but escaped to Sydney and returned with two gorgeous children, Nicola who is now studying back in NSW and CJ who has flown the nest and is experiencing the backpacking lifestyle. Jay loves her adorable old “Rosie Girl” who is a Border Collie Cross who she pounds the pavement with. When she isn’t gasbagging with her clients she is an avid movie buff. Jay is an arty and crafty soul who is kind caring and loves to help the clients solve their in home care requirements. She has proved to be a fabulous addition to the team.
Larly
... is our office dog. She lives with Annie and comes to work each day. She spends her day being patted by all the office staff and helps to sniff out the best Nannies, Babysitters, Housekeepers, Cleaners and Elderly Carers. People say that animals are a very good judge of character and having her here with us is a wonderful thing. She also entertains all the children who visit us here in the office, she provides us all with a moment of calm in amongst the crazy madness that can occur in an office environment. Larly is a cross between a Pomeranian and a Jack Russell, she protects us from the post man and cleans up our morning tea and lunch crumbs. Every good business deserves a little ball of fluff to break up the monotony.
